We have had a Vita swim spa for 15 months. It is used every day. My younger grandchildren have learnt to swim in it. My special one who is autistic and was terrified of water now swims on top and underwater. We are in our 70's and it certainly makes you feel fitter and the spa jets make the old joints feel better and is very relaxing. Best item ever purchased. Kevin was excellent for answering all questions and helping with purchase arranging a crane to go over our house and introducing us to Phil for electrics. Excellent backup service. Highly recommended

We purchased our hot tub recently from the Hot tub centre in Norwich. They had an amazing 15 tubs on display, which gave us a great selection to choose from. We decided to have the new spa boy system, so that we can monitor and adjust if necessary our chemical levels in the tub from wherever we are in the world. This was a great selling point for us, as we're often away, and can monitor if the kids are in it!! Thanks to Kevin and staff for a great service.

From the moment we met Kevin he was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right hot tub . He was also there to oversee the installing which wasn't easy as we had to have a crane to lift it over the house. 4 years on we are still getting the same quality and enjoyment since the first day. After lots of research, visits and conversations with Kevin and Angela we finally took the 'plunge' lol and ordered a Vita SwimSpa VL4. It was delivered last week and albeit a rather difficult installation, with the expertise of Richard from Abbey Crane Hire and Kevin's Electrical Engineers - Russell and Dave, it was up and running in no time. We are thrilled with purchase. True to Kevin's word, the running costs are very economical and affordable. We can't wait to get home from work each day to have a swim and relax in the seated area. Had our hot tub in for a couple of weeks now. So pleased with it. After suffering with back problems for many years, it's not cured it but it's helped. Over a number of months I've made trips to the Hot tub centre to find out about what tub would suit me. Spent time on the Internet and looking for other suppliers. Every time I went to the hot tub centre I was treated with a friendly and informative welcome. When I final decided on which one to buy I took my wife to look at my choice. Kevin was very helpful in helping us with the right choice based on his experience with the products he supplies. The delivery of the tub was very swift and installation was excellent. We've had a couple of minor problems with the tub. I called the office on Tuesday morning and was called back within the hour. Had A beautiful American Whirlpool 470 hot tub suplied and fitted in October. Had a great deal firstly, delivery and set up was faultless. Great maintenance instructions were given and good advice on the end of the phone. Today I had a warranty call out nothing too important just a defective music speaker. Engineer arrived on time and replaced speaker. Many thanks would recommend to anyone looking for a Hot Tub for the season ..

Was looking for a Hot Tub and got confused with all the information online regarding plug and play. Went in to see Kevin, had a brief chat about what we required and left 45mins later having ordered our Spa. No hard sale and was actually advised on a cheaper Spa than what was on display. Delivery was on time and effortless and done very professionally by installers. Have since gone in for advice on water maintenance and was sold a product that worked Instantly.
